Права человека в эпоху информационных технологий

Аннотация
Развитие информационных технологий оказало значительное влияние на содержание, реализацию и защиту целого ряда прав человека, включая право на жизнь, свободу выражения мнений, защиту личной и семейной жизни и иных. В статье дается оценка содержания указанных прав в контексте происходящих изменений, определяется статус и содержание новых явлений, таких как право на Интернет, право на доступ к Интернету, право быть забытым в рамках современной системы прав человека.
