ON THE PROTECTION OF PUBLIC INTEREST IN THE PROVISION OF FOREST LAND FOR PURPOSES OF CONSTRUCTION AND OPERATION OF LINEAR OBJECTS

Abstract

Review. Analyzes the provisions of art. 43-46 of the Forest Code of the Russian Federation on granting of forest plots for construction and exploitation of linear objects. Reveals the shortcomings of the legislative ensure the protection of the public interest in the implementation of wood allocated for these purposes land, suggests ways to optimize regulatory control of the sphere of legal relations.
