Анализируются положения ст. 43-46 Лесного кодекса Российской Федерации по предоставлению лесных участков под строительство и эксплуатацию линейных объектов. Раскрываются недостатки законодательного обеспечения защиты государственных интересов при реализации древесины с отводимых под указанные цели земельных участков, предлагаются способы оптимизации нормативного регулирования данной сферы правоотношений.
Review. Analyzes the provisions of art. 43-46 of the Forest Code of the Russian Federation on granting of forest plots for construction and exploitation of linear objects. Reveals the shortcomings of the legislative ensure the protection of the public interest in the implementation of wood allocated for these purposes land, suggests ways to optimize regulatory control of the sphere of legal relations.
