DISPUTE QUESTIONS OF DIVISION OF MARITAL PROPERTY

In the present article, the author explores the controversial issues of judicial practice arising from the division of joint marital property, in particular, the problems of dividing housing that are pledged, specialties of the division of shares in the authorized capital of companies, etc. In this paper, the author also analyzes the order and specifics of the contractual regime of the property of spouses.
