Abstract
Review. The article is devoted to analysis of the content of the protection of rights to land plots for agricultural purposes as the restoration of the situation that existed before the violation of the law. Investigated judicial practice the application of this method of protection in specified construction on agricultural lands and in the commission of other offences over land.
