Abstract
Review. The paper discusses one of the forms of protection in the field of environmental protection positive environmental and legal responsibility. The question of recognition, along with the traditional types of liability, an important form of reaction in this area. In this regard, the sanctions proposed this kind of responsibility, analyzed the opinions of experts on this issue, given the ratio of these categories, morality, and also concludes the need for a concept this important.
