Abstract
Review. The article is devoted to the problems of protection of state interests in the illicit use of agricultural land. The author offers a refined definition of «rational use of agricultural land». Based on the regional practice it offers more specific ways of protection of agricultural land. Particular attention is paid to the transformation of agricultural land.
