Abstract
Review. The author, noting importance of environmental issues and environmental protection which become especially significant today, namely in 2017 announced by Year of ecology on the basis of the analysis of the current state of legal regulation, and also practice of ensuring ecological safety of modern Russia offers some conceptual provisions disclosing the content of Strategy of ensuring ecological safety as sets of the legal measures and organizational actions aimed at providing security of the environment and the vital interests of the person from possible negative impact of economic and other activity
