Статья посвящена исследованию актуальных вопросов трансформации регулирования цифровых отношений в условиях активного развития и использования цифровых технологий во всех сферах общественной жизни. Выявлены основные проблемы правового регулирования цифровых отношений, возможности саморегулирования и роль этического регулирования в этом процессе. Выделены возможные модели регулирования цифровых отношений в мире. Сделано предложение о возможных вариантах развития регулирования цифровых отношений в Российской Федерации.
The article is devoted to the study of actual problems of finding ways and models of regulation of modern digital relations. The main problems of legal regulation of digital relations, the possibility of self-regulation and the role of ethical regulation in this process are revealed. The possible models of regulation of digital relations in the world are highlighted. A proposal is made on possible options for the development of regulation of digital relations in the Russian Federation.
