В статье рассматриваются основные виды форм использования специальных знаний по делам о преднамеренном банкротстве юридических лиц. Обращено внимание на особую роль специалиста при следственных действиях, в том числе при осмотре предметов. Обосновывается значение использования специальных знаний арбитражным управляющим в рамках непроцессуальной формы использования специальных финансово-экономических знаний по делам о банкротстве юридических лиц. В качестве отдельного вида непроцессуальной формы использования специальных финансовоэкономических знаний выделяется анализ заключений арбитражных управляющих на предмет выявления соответствия требованиям законодательства и методическим рекомендациям.
