В представленной статье рассматриваются вопросы и правовые аспекты построения взаимоотношений между Европейским Союзом и крупнейшими международными организациями. Даже развитым государствам для достижения поставленных перед собой целей приходится объединяться в различные международные организации. Европейский Союз сегодня является одним из крупнейших поставщиков товаров и услуг на глобальном уровне. Многие финансовые, экономические, политические и другие задачи не могут быть решены без учета его мнения. Это не исключает того, что, взаимодействуя с различными международными организациями, Европейский Союз не преследует собственных целей и задач. В статье будет рассмотрена роль внешней компетенции Европейского Союза на примере построения взаимоотношений с такими международными организациями, как Организация Объединенных Наций (ООН), Международная организация труда (МОТ), Всемирная торговая организация (ВТО) и Всемирная организация интеллектуальной собственности (ВОИС).

Legal aspects of relations between the European Union and major international organizations are considered in the presented article. In the existing circumstances, developed countries, in order to achieve their goals, have to unite in various international organizations. The European Union today is one of the largest suppliers of goods and services at the global level. Many financial, economic, political and many other tasks can not be solved without taking into account its opinion. This does not exclude that the European Union does not pursue its own goals and objectives by interacting with various international organizations. In this article, the role of implementing the external competence of the European Union will be examined, for example, relationships with international organizations such as the United Nations (UN), the International Labor Organization (ILO), the World Trade Organization (WTO) and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).
