Статья посвящена назревшим проблемам новой кодификации российского законодательства, неоправданному количественному росту действующего законодательства, недостаточной стабильности принимаемых законов, необходимости разработки и принятия ряда новых кодифицированных нормативных правовых актов, многопредметности законов, отсутствию ясных и четких заголовков, неоправданно большому объему ряда статей законов и другим технико-юридическим проблемам действующего законодательства.
