Автор обращает внимание на новейшее трудовое законодательство, принятое в этих странах в последнее время. Необходимость рассмотрения данного вопроса продиктована тем, что практически половина работающего населения, в том числе и в странах БРИКС, составляют женщины. В ходе исследования выявлены современные тенденции в отношении правового регулирования труда женщин. Установлено, что во всех странах принято законодательство, ограничивающее труд женщин на работах с вредными и (или) опасными условиями труда. Государствами принимаются меры к установлению дополнительных возможностей для карьерного роста женщин, занятия ими руководящих и государственных должностей. Несмотря на предпринимаемые усилия, отмечаются и негативные тенденции, такие как дискриминация при приеме на работу и в течение трудовой деятельности, в оплате труда, невозможность занятия более высокой должности.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article discusses issues of legal regulation of women’s labor in the BRICS countries. The author draws attention to the latest labor legislation adopted in these countries recently. The need to consider this issue is dictated by the fact that almost half of the working population, including in the BRICS countries, are women. The study identified current trends in relation to the legal regulation of women’s labor. It has been established that all countries have adopted legislation restricting the work of women in jobs with harmful and (or) dangerous working conditions. States are taking measures to establish additional opportunities for women to advance in their careers and occupy leadership and government positions.
