В статье определяется многоплановое решение вопросов правового регулирования деятельности субъектов обеспечения национального согласия в Российской Федерации для достижения положительных практических результатов. Даже наметившиеся положительные подвижки в части межэтнических отношений в Российской Федерации не исключают необходимости постоянного совершенствования деятельности соответствующих государственных структур и общественных объединений в этом направлении. Сегодня в исследовательском смысле особенно важно фактически игнорируемое проведение монографического изучения личности мигранта-правонарушителя. Именно при такой постановке вопроса возможно надеяться на объективную оценку криминогенной ситуации в Москве и в других регионах традиционного пребывания мигрантов.
The article defines multidimensional solutions of the problems of legal regulation of activities of the entities providing national accord in the Russian Federation in order to achieve positive practical results. Even emerging positive developments in the area of inter-ethnic relations in the Russian Federation do not exclude the need for continuous improvement of activities of relevant State structures and public associations in this regard. Today, in the light of the research, it is particularly important to perform a monographic study of the personality of the migrant offender. It is in this particular context that one can hope for an objective assessment of criminogenic situation in Moscow and in other regions where migrants traditionally stay.
