С 2012 года в России корпоративные закупки проводятся в регламентированном порядке. Законодательство в этой сфере несовершенно, что приводит к многочисленным правонарушениям. В последнее время получает широкое распространение новый способ мошенничества в корпоративных закупках. Организации под видом корпоративных заказчиков регистрируются и размещают закупки в единой информационной системе. Участники закупок перечисляют на счет заказчиков денежные средства в качестве обеспечения заявок. После получения денежных средств заказчики скрываются от участников и не возвращают полученные от них денежные средства. Выход из ситуации автор видит в законодательном закреплении электронной формы корпоративных закупок. Денежный оборот обеспечения заявок должен происходить на электронной торговой площадке.
Review. Since 2012, in the Russian corporate purchases are conducted in a regulated manner. Legislation in this area is not perfect. This leads to numerous violations. Recently it received widespread fraud in a new way of corporate procurement. Organizations under the guise of corporate customers are recorded and arranged the purchase in a single information system. Participants procurement list for the account of customers in money as security applications. After receiving the money, customers hiding from the participants and do not return obtained from these funds. Out of the situation the author sees in the legislative consolidation of the electronic form of corporate procurement. Money orders should be ensure turnover on electronic marketplaces accounts.
